Wow. Livejournal. I haven't written anything in here in such a long time. I don't even know where to start...
Etown... I absolutely LOVE it here. I am SO glad I decided to come here, and not go anywhere else. I love my friends here like noneother. It's so hard to believe that I haven't even known them for a year. We are going to have such an awesome time next year. Anh is our RA, and Laura and I are living right next to her and Marisa and Christie are two doors down from us. I can't wait!!! I'm VERY excited for summer though :] I need a break. Two more weeks of classes though. And then finals. I actually might be able to take both of my finals on Monday the 8th. If not, I have to stay til Friday the 12th. Either which, it's ALMOST SUMMER!!!
Jordan... Everything between us is absolutely perfect! The only thing I'm going to hate about summer is not being able to spend the whole weekend with him. But on the upside, we'll get to see each other pretty much every day :]
Summer Plans... I'm going to Universal Studios with my family at the end of May. I'm so excited. I've never been there before, and I've always wanted to go. And I think we're going to Sea World too, so I'm extra excited about that. I'm going to be working at a daycare center (Gramma's Schoolhouse) from the beginning of June through the middle of August, so that should be fun. I wanted to do something where I was actually active instead of just standing behind a counter all day (cough cough Pharmacy cough cough). So I'm actually pretty excited about that! And there's a possibility that I'm going to North Carolina with my future roomie, Laura, at the beginning of August. I have to see what I'm doing workwise though.
I guess that's about it for now. I'll update again in another 9 months...

Well, seeing how news travels so quickly in Palmyra (surprise, surprise...) I guess I better tell everyone myself before I get random people asking me questions...
A few days ago, I made the decision not to play soccer at E-Town in the fall. I know. Big shock. I just realized that it's going to be a lot more work than fun, which is the way it usually is with soccer. But I don't want soccer to be all about work for me anymore. I'm ready to have fun with the game. I'm still going to play Intramural, which sounds like a lot of fun. Apparently, even the faculty gets involved. And that's what I want. Sure, I'm going to miss uniforms and referees and everything else that goes with an official game. But I'm not going to miss the long workouts in August and the frustration of not being able to do everything exactly right. I want to make college fun, and I just think if I play soccer I'm going to end up too stressed out. Also, I'd like to get involved in other clubs/activities. Without soccer practice/games everyday, I'll have more time for those things.
I don't care if your mad at me or disappointed in me for making this decision, just please don't tell me. My dad's already pretty much not talking to me and I can tell he's disappointed beyond words. It's hard enough seeing that from him, I can't take it from my friends too. So if you feel that way, I'm sorry for disappointing you, just don't tell me I did.

WOW. I kinda forgot I had a livejournal. Maybe I'll start updating again. But then again I always say that. PROM IS TOMORROW!!! I'm super duper excited. Did I just say super duper? Hmmm. WOW. It's been a long time. I don't even know where to start. So I guess Easter works. I woke up around 7:30, got a shower, and went to church, where I had to acolyte. It went better than expected, which was good. Then I came home with my mom and got ready for the family to come over. It was a relatively small gathering, which is unusual for us. Around 1, my Mom-Mom and Pop-Pop Golas came over, along with my Aunt Sandy, Uncle Mitch, and cousins Tyler and Jilly. We ate lunch (dinner?) and then played card games for awhile. Then it was time for our EASTER EGG HUNT. Yes, I am 17-years-old and I still do an Easter Egg Hunt with my sister and my cousins! And I'm proud of it! Oh well, I made $15, which was cool. Then we had dessert, and played cards some more. The guys watched college basketball (YUCK!). Everyone left around 6:30ish, and just a few minutes after they left Jordan called me. He came over, and I gave him his "bucket of cookies" and he gave me a fuzzy bunny that's a basket. And when you squeeze it's paw it says "Somebody (or Some bunny... not quite sure) loves you!" Its adorable. And there were resse's cups in it! And then we went over to his parent's house. They made me an Easter basket which was REALLYYYY nice. And his Nana made me an "Easter bag" too! It was a WONDERFUL Easter.
Monday morning I woke up at 9:30 for track practice, which turned out to be CANCELLED! I was happy, but I woulda rather known BEFORE I woke up so I coulda slept. Oh well. I went out to lunch with Em, my mom, and my Uncle Bill for his birthday. We went to Pizza Hut (a REAL one in Cherry Hill) and it was GOOD. Then we went to the bank so I could get some $$ for spring clothes. Dana and Kallyn were waiting for me when I got home, so I jumped into Dana's call and we went to the mall, and I got a bunch of clothes from Aero. And then we stopped by Manny's for so cheese fries! I came home, cleaned my room a bit, called Jordan, and then went over to Katie's. It was her, me, Steph, Dana, and Kal. We just chilled at Katie's for awhile, then got bored. So we hopped in Katie's car and drove for a bit, until she realized she was almost out of gas. So we went back to her house, and got into Dana's car. We drove random places. Anyone who heard the Spice Girls blaring anywhere between 10 and 11 last night, sorry! =) Spice Girls and Backstreet Boys. Oh what a night...
Steph: I have to fart.
Katie: Oh boy, somebody roll down a window.
Today I woke up at 7:30 to meet Jordan at the train station so I could ride to Camden with him. That was fun. =) Now, it's almost time for track practice. Fun, fun...

Yeah, I said I'd update more. I know. But it's been about 10 days. Oh well. Deal with it =) Not a whole lot's been going on. I really don't remember much of last week. I think we barely had school. And on Friday I read to 5th graders at Charles Street. Then walked to Wawa and the Pharmacy with Dana, Katie, and Alex. It was weird walking. I haven't walked in soooo long. Then Friday night Jordan and I... I'm sure we went out to dinner somewhere, but to tell you the truth I can't for the life of me remember where we went. (Hey you- where'd we go to dinner on Friday?!?!) This is gonna drive me insane allllllllll night. Okay, well we went to dinner and then we came back here and we were going to watch The Terminal, but Em had PS2 in her room so we couldn't. So we ended up watching TV.
Saturday morning... Woke up around 9:15 (stupid phone), went to my VERY LAST Sacred Heart indoor game. Kinda good, kinda bad. Ya know... We won though! And then I came home and got a shower. I went to Josh's for a bit and played poker with him, Laura, Steph, Jamie, and Ben. It was a blast! Then Jordan called. We went to Moorestown mall and ate in the food court, and then walked around for a whileee. Then we walked over to Barnes and Noble and walked around for a longgggg time. But it was fun. Then we went to Blockbuster because we wanted to watch the movie version of One Flew Over The Cukoo's Nest, but we couldn't find it... But we did talk to Amy Park for about 1/2 an hour. We ended up renting Wicker Park. It was really good!
Sunday morning I planned on waking up and going to church. Didn't happen =( I did get a lot of wash done. Jordan called while I was finishing up folding everything, so I had to quick get a shower. So he came over and we watch Collateral, which was also good! And then my mom made a hugeeee turkey dinner. That was good too. And Boston Creme Pie for dessert! Sooooo good!
That was my weekend in a nutshell. Sorry if it sounds rushed. I'm still trying to figure out where we went to dinner on Friday night... We had a 1/2 day Monday cause of the snow. And then a 2 hour delay on Tuesday. So that was fun. And I got to see Jordan as he was walking out of the school (trying to find Mr. Mack) Tuesday afternoon. So that was a fun little surprise. =) That's about it I guess.

Well, hello Livejournal. Once again, it's been foreverrr since I've updated. I guess I'll just go through the highlights of the last week and a half.
My Valentine's Day was amazing! Well, it didn't start off so great. I woke up with a realllll upset stomach, and ending up throwing up right before I walked out the door to go to school. But I went anyway, just so I could do something with the one and only that night. School was blah, as far as I can remember. I came home, Jordan came over after he got home from school. We exchanged gifts. I loved my presents! =) And he liked his bracelet, which made me happy! And we made each other very similar CD's. It was funny. Then we took a trip to Brother's. Jordan got pizza, and I got soup and a roll (I didn't think pizza was such a good idea for my stomach that still wasn't feeling great.) We brought the food back to my house and I ended up eating more of the roll than anything else. Then we just watched TV for the rest of the night. =D
The rest of the week was kinda just there. Thursday morning, well, reallll early Thursday morning I threw up everywhere, so I didn't go to school Thursday, giving me a FIVE day weekend. Except, Thursday didn't really count, cause I layed on the couch all day. Jordan did come over and make me feel a bit better though =)
Friday morning I woke up and felt better, so as planned, I went to Elizabethtown to spend the night with two of the freshman soccer girls. It was a blast. We watched Napoleon Dynamite and The Notebook. It was my first time seeing both movies (surprise, surprise!). Napoleone Dynamite was funny, and I LOVED The Notebook! The next morning, we woke up earlyyy so I could take my scholarship test thing which was weirddd. My trip was well worth it though, because it completely convinced me that E-Town is the school for me. So my deposit gets sent in today! I'm excited!
When I got home on Satuday, Jordan and I went to the mall so we could get links taken out of his bracelet. I bought a Kenney Chesney CD! (This is the part where you all gasp in surprise! haha) Yes, so completely unlike me, but the girls at E-Town had it on a lot, and I REALLY liked it. So yeah. We couldn't decided on what to eat for dinner, so Jordan ended up getting soup from the food court, and I got an Auntie Anne's pretzel and a Dutch Ice. Wonderful dinner for someone just getting over a stomach bug, I know... Then we just came back here for the night.
Sunday morning I woke up around 9:30, got a shower, called Jordan, and we went out to breakfast at Nick's. Soooo good! I got my usual 5 stack of chocolate chip hotcakes! Yum, yum, yum. Then we came to my house, where no one was home, so I decided to attempt to drive out to Border's without getting lost. (You have to understand that they two of us in a car together trying to go somewhere that we've never been to before or that we're not used to going to... not a good idea) Well, we actually made it! We thought we got lost for a second, but we were actually going the right way! I ended up buying (I had a giftcard) the book The Notebook and Diana DeGarmo's CD. (Yes, American Idol junkie, I know!) So that was fun. We got back to my house, and ended up going back out so we could take Em to Acme to get crescent rolls and an ice cream cake for her birthday. We finally came back to my house for good, until an hour later we had to go pick up my Mom-Mom. That was... an interesting experience, to say the least. After we got to my house safe and sound, we had dinner. It was my mom, dad, sister, Mom-Mom and Pop-Pop Golas, Mom-Mom Hall, Jordan, and me. Roast beef, mashed potatoes, and salad. Yum! Then we had ice cream cake. Double yum! After dinner, we took Em to youth group, then went to pick up a Dave Matthews Band concert on DVD. We brought it back to my house and watched it. Jordan left around 10, I think...
Monday morning I woke up at 8 on my day off since I'm such a nice girlfriend! =) I met Jordan at the train station and rode to Camden with him. That was fun. Then I came home and did English alllll day long. Then I went to work at 5, which was very entertaining. For a Monday, it was dead and Tom and Rob were in really funny moods. I came home, did the whole birthday thing with Em (Happy Birthday, again, by the way Em!) and then made my nightly phone call and went to bed =)
School was school today. I didn't get to see my little kids because Delaware Ave had a half day. I was sad, because I haven't seen them since last Monday. =(

Friday: Jordan and I went to Fridays for dinner. I had REALLY good chicken fingers! And then we went to the mall so I could get my Cancun pictures developed and so I could buy Em a birthday present because her birthday is next Monday! And we went to Cold Stone while we waited for my pictures. YUM! And then we came back here so we could watch CHRISTINE! I was really excited to watch it, but the book was TOTALLYYYY better. Oh well.
Saturday: I woke up at 8:15 on Saturday morning. CRAZY! But I was so totally refreshed. It felt good! I cleaned my room (and somehow it's still a mess) and went to my soccer game at 1. We were winning 15-2, but somehow we ended up losing like 17 or 19-15. Ugh. Oh well. Then I came home and showered, and Em french braided my hair. Then I went over to Jordan's. I drove us to Walmart so he could get his pictures developed, and then to Harvest Diner for some dinner. Then back to Walmart to pick up the pictures. Then we went back to Jordan's house, then back out to McDonald's to get food for his parents. Then we went to his cousin's 1-year birthday party. She's a cutie! Then we came back to my house for a bit.
Today: Woke up at 10:30. Ate breakfast, got a shower. Then Steph and I ran a tonnn of errands. We went all over the place, but it was fun. And she got sushi (YUCK!) Then I came back here to do a last minute Valentine's Day gift. (It HAD to wait to the last minute. I woulda done it earlier if I coulda.) Then I called Jordan, and he came over and we went to NIFTY FIFTY'S with my family. Ben and his family were supposed to go, but Mr. Nixon was sick. Then we came back here, and Jordan and I watch SHARK TALE! It was really cute and funny! =)
Tomorrow is VALENTINE'S DAY!!! I'm so excited. It's my first REAL Valentine's Day, and I couldn't think of anyone else that I would want to share it with! <3

WOW! Two days in a row, do I get a medal or something?? Let's see.. what happened after I updated yesterady... Jordan came over and we went to the river. We planned on taking pictures, but apparently someone didn't have any film, so we went to the pharmacy to get some. Russ was working and he asked me if I was working that night. I said, "No, Dana is." And then he said, "Oh. Well I was gonna say you might as well just stick around for 1/2 an hour." That wouldn't have been too much fun. So we went back to the river, and realized we only got a roll of 12 pictures, so they didn't last too long. So we ended up pretty much playing tag and throwing snowballs at each other. I felt like I was a little kid! It was fun!!! =) And then we decided to try Olive Garden for dinner again. (We tried on Saturday night, but it was like a 2 hour wait.) We ended up just walking right in, with no wait!!! I had yummy pasta with Italian sausage. And Olive Garden has the most amazing breadsticks! I could have just eaten a bajillion of them for my dinner. Okay, so maybe not. But they are really good. It was already 7 by the time we left Olive Garden, so we went back to my house and watched American Idol. The bad auditions are over, which is no fun :( But I'm one of the people who will still watch it after they're over... Jordan left around 9:30, and I ended up going to bed. I've been so tired lately.
Today at school wasn't bad. Nothing overly exciting happened. Mrs. Reissinger wasn't there today. I'm not looking forward to taking this test thing tomorrow. Oh well, I guess we'll live. It's just stupid. In gym, we played 3 games of Knockout, and I was in the final 2 all 3 games. I only won once though :( I finished the book I was reading, Christine, today! FINALLY. I started it in Cancun, and got through 375 of the 505 pages in 4 days. It took me a week and a day to read the other 130 pages. Now I can watch the movie!!! Okay, I'm done boring everyone now. =)

Wow, it's been forever since I've update. Not a whole lot has been going on.
School: School is school. I think we're all starting to get senioritis. I guess it's about that time. February is gonna be over before we know it, especially since we have off next Friday and then that Monday, and have 1/2 days that Tuesday-Thursday (some people are saying until Friday, I don't know). And then Spring Break is at the end of March. And then we come back, and leave for senior trip right away. Then May is PROM! and the band trip to OHIO! And then June is GRADUATION. I can't believe it. It doesn't seem like we should be graduating in about 4 months...
College Selection: Well, it looks like I'm most likely gonna go to Elizabethtown. =) The only other school I'm even remotely considering right now is TCNJ, but I really don't expect myself to go there. I don't know, I just really like the atmosphere at E-Town. It's hard to explain, just kind of one of those feelings...
Work: Work was weird at first after the Bentzels left, but I'm getting used to it now. I really like the new pharmacists, and the Techs are so much fun to work with, too! It seems to go by faster, too.
Social: Not too much to report. I've been hanging out with Jordan all the time, which has been awesome! =D I'm so happy with everything. I can't even put it into words. Oh! And when Steph doesn't DITCH me, I hang out with her!!! (haha, sorry Steph, I had to add it!)
Okay, I pretty much covered everything. Maybe I'll start updating on a regular basis... yeah right...

Yuck. I'm sorry, but I really need to rant, so if you don't feel like listening to me complain, stop reading. I really wish I just wouldn't be sick anymore. Or at least, I would just actually throw up, which would make me feel a billion times better than I do right now. I really don't think school's gonna be a good idea tomorrow, but I HAVE to go. I've already missed a day and a half, I'm most likely missing next Wednesday to go visit Lebanon Valley, and then the week after midterms I'm gonna be out Monday and Tuesday cause I'll be in Cancun!!! Plus, it's soooo boring and lonely sitting here by myself alllllllllllllllllll day. I can't take another longggg day in this house by myself. It just sucks cause I have absolutely no appetite, and (I know this is gonna sound crazy, especially coming from me but...) I feel like I could never eat anything ever again and not care. The weird thing is, I'm not physically getting sick. Just the fact that I've barely eaten or drank anything in the past two days is making me really weak, to the point where I don't even want to move off the couch. All I've had in the past two days is: 3 pieces of buttered toast, 2 mini bagels with peanut butter, 2 peanut butter crackers, and a few glasses of sprite. That's not good... Okay, I know I'm really boring people who are reading this, and just to make sure things are clear... This was not meant to get people to pity me. I just wanted to let things out. Okay, goodnight guys (yes, I know it's 10 of 8)...

Well, this has been a wonderful weekend.
Friday:
Friday night I worked til 8, which wasn't too bad. It was crazy busy in there though. After work, Jordan picked me up and we went for a late dinner at Bertucci's, since he still hadn't eaten, and I only ate a hotpocket at 4:00. We didn't get back to my house until aroun 10:30, so we just stayed there for the rest of the night.
Saturday:
Saturday morning, I woke up around 9:15, called Jordan (who actually got himself up on time!) and we went out to breakfast. It was YUMMY! I ate FIVE chocolate chip pancakes. The waitress didn't think I would be able to do it. Haha, shows how well she knows me. We came back here until about 12:15, then I got changed and headed over to Sacred Heart for my indoor soccer game, where we won!!! I came home, got a shower, got a little work done, tried a bajillion times to get ahold of Steph. She ended up ditching us. =( So Jordan came with my family and me to go to the new pizza hut place, but apparently, it's not open yet. So we ended up at Chick-fil-a instead. Then we came here, and took a quick trip to Acme for dark brown sugar so we could make cookies. We all know how that turned out... Then we ended up here for the rest of the night.
Sunday:
This morning, I woke up at about 9:15 again, and got a shower, and went to Sunday School and church. I had to acolyte, which is always so much fun... Then I came home, ate lunch, got the rest of my work done, and called Jordan. We went to Circuit City so I could get an iPod!!! (I got a leather jacket for Christmas, but I really didn't like it, so my mom gave me the $$ to buy something else.) Then we came back here, went to Acme again (this time for vanilla ice cream for apple pie), stopped by his house to pick up Casablanca (since I'd never seen it before... I know, I know...), then came back here. We started the movie, then it was time for dinner. Then we watched the rest of the movie and ate the apple pie. He just left a little bit ago, and now I'm playing with my iPod.
Hopefully this week of school goes by fast. 1/2 day of school on Friday and NO SCHOOL on Monday!!! I'm excited =D
